Refund policy

Online purchases - You have two options when it comes to returns:
1. Returning through the mail: We gladly accept returns for a refund if postmarked within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
If it is past the 14 day window, we still accept returns for a Mia Moda gift card up to 30 calendar days from the date your order was shipped.
Please email miamodastore@gmail.com for a return label. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment for all returns that meet the requirement less the shipping. A fee of $5.95 will be deducted from refund, per return. Once your return has been processed, we'll send you a return notification email. Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to be appear depending on your financial institution. Please note if returning an item shipping is not refundable.
2. Returning to our In-Store location: You have 14 days to drop off at our store. Once you have dropped off your return please 7-10 business days for refunds to be appear to your original form of payment depending on your financial institution.

Damages: If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service within 24 hours of delivery.
Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. You will need to return your item and repurchase item in correct size.

Please note if online returns amount to $2,000 or more, future orders will be returned for store credit only 14 days from date of delivery.


HOLIDAY RETURNS PURCHASED AFTER NOVEMBER 15TH, 2024 ARE ACCEPTED THROUGH JANUARY 7TH,2025.

Condition:
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with all original tags attached. Please see tips below for keeping your item in returnable condition:

Jewelry:
Must have original tags attached. Must be unworn, and undamaged.

Shoes:
Shoes scuff easily. Please always try shoes on carpet. Shoes must be returned along with the shoe boxes.

Tops and dresses:
Please be careful when trying on be mindful of makeup and deodorant stains.

Lip balms and treatments: Lip balm and treatments must be returned in new, sealed condition. If the seal is torn, tampered with or broken the product is not returnable.

Edibles: All edibles are Final Sale.
