Returns & Exchanges
You have two options when it comes to returns:
1. Returning through the mail: You have 30 days to return for a refund. A fee of $5.95 will be deducted from refund, per return. Drop off your return at any USPS facility, or schedule a pickup at www.usps.com. Once your return has been processed, we'll send you a return notification email. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be recieved to your original form of payment.
2. Returning to our In-Store location: You have 30 days to drop off at our store. Once you have dropped off your return please 1-3 business days for refunds to be recieved to your original form of payment.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with all original tags attached.
Shoes scuff easily. Please always try shoes on carpet. Shoes must be returned along with the shoe boxes.
Tops and dresses:
Please be careful when trying on be mindful of makeup and deodrant stains.
Lip balms and treatments: Lip balm and treatments must be returned in new, sealed condition. If the seal is torn, tampered with or broken the product is not returnable.
Tracking My Returns
You will be sent an email once your return has been processed.
Returns take 2-3 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will recieve a refund confirmation email. Refunds may take several business days to reflect on your credit card account depending on your financial institution.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service within 24 hours of delivery date.
We carry merchandise that is authentic, first-run and purchased directly from the designer. Please be aware that even such products are not entirely free of workmanship errors.
